Well not entirely- I made the jetpack missile from styrene sheet and of course the helmet visor is tinted plastic. Everything else is cardboard with spackling paste to smooth out seams. I still need to make the jetpack thrusters and add some details as well as some more detail painting on the helmet. I put up a couple of tutorials here: and here: Let me know what you guys think. attachmentid=10800 attachmentid=10801 attachmentid=10802 attachmentid=10803 attachmentid=10804 attachmentid=10805.

I just found out I won one of the new MAKE programmable controller kits for my Fett costume tutorial- sweet. Here's the deal: I've been wanting to make a Stargate Horus costume for some time now- except I want it to have a full animatronic head. I already have the servos and I've even got all the movements/mechanics figured out. Of course the head will be made mostly from cardboard. Heck, I'll even do a tutorial.

The other things that could be done with this controller would be an R2 (who wouldn't want one) or even something like a full animatronic Predator. Here's the skinny on the controller: It has eight analog inputs, eight digital outputs and four servo outputs. Pretty cool stuff.
